The operator places the lcheese bar on the static scale. The determined weight is automatically transmitted to the cutting system. After weighing, the operator places the cheese on the cutting system and presses the cheese slightly against the product pusher, which is designed with approximately 5 mm long locking pins.
The cutting process is controlled by the operator on the control panel. The cheese is conveyed by means of the pusher under the knife. A photocell determines the length of the cheese, depending on the selected program, the cutting width is automatically controlled based on the determined data, cheese length + weight. The vertical movement of the knife is ensured by means of ground guides and rollers, as well as a drive with a lever. An ultrasonic knife ensures a clean cut.
The cut pieces fall directly on the outlet conveyor of the plant. After the cheese has been cut, the driver moves automatically back to the starting position and thus allows the next cheese to be cut.
