This is an evaporator made by APV Anhydro in 1983. The plant was renewed in 1998/1999. It has an infeed capacity of approx. 8.000 l/h and was previously used for skim milk and cream processing to reach a concentration of approx. 50 % dry matter. The plant is in good technical condition. It was in operation until Q4 2020.
