This is a small scale mozzarella production line previously used in a small goat cheese factory. The capacity of this equipment is approx. 500 kg/h of mozzarella output. The line consists of raw cheese (cagliata) cutter, a stretcher, two forming machines, and a packaging machine. The line was originally built in 1986 and refurbished in 2018. All machines are in very good condition and fully operational.
